Allowing What Is: 30 Days of Breathwork

I practiced Breathwork 4 days this last week and I’m in a place of allowing. Allowing myself to miss a day here and there. Allowing myself to feel restless during a session. Allowing myself to simply relax. It’s so interesting noticing how each and every experience is so different. I don’t always have profound breakthroughs but I do trust that what ever I experience it is exactly what I needed in that moment.

This week my man gave me a special 50-minute massage and I decided to practice my Breathwork during. Wow what a unique experience. I was both present with the massage and with my breath. There were times when I would lose all sense of my body and feel like I was floating in space and other times when the massage felt so lovely and relaxing. I’m definitely having fun experimenting with my breath.

I have been facilitating private online Breathwork sessions via Skype. This week I was able to experience the sun setting in a different county on the other side of the world live through my computer screen! I love how connected we are and how technology makes it possible for me to hold space for people all over the world to experience their own sense of allowing.
